We live in challenging times. Looking in some directions into the World, we see beauty, miracles, success, braveness, and heartedness. Looking in another direction, you see suffering, hunger, poverty, natural disasters, and hatred. In the small picture, the same is happening in our lives. The truth is that only we decide from moment to moment what we think, feel, do, and how we react. Every action has an impact on selves and others. Before acting and reacting, we develop our thoughts and feelings on the energetical level. From our existence in this lifetime, we save our experiences on the unconscious level, and later on, we act from this place that can also prevent us from being in an energy flow. We stock in our old patterns like prejudice, feeling, and emotions.
We can see that others would act differently in the same situations. It is not about what or who is right or wrong or even better, but about understanding oneself more truthfully. Remember, compared to some events, meetings, connections, or experiences that had left deep impressions. Can you remember from which place you were acting, or was it just an energy flow without borders and prejudice? Can you remember how uplifting there were? The same happens with our thoughts and feelings. From time to time, we should question our beliefs. We can find that some of them are not serving us anymore, and sometimes when we step out of this frame, we experience something new and beautiful. There is no doubt that it is a lifetime task.
Everything changes from moment to moment, and we should also have the courage to go with the life flow energy. Reiki, the universal life force energy, is here to help us rebalance our inner flow. Address in us what is most needed of humble attention to have the opportunity to recognize it, soften it up, and, if it is the right time, have the chance to change it.
Life brings us joyful moments and challenging situations that push us to grow, rethink, and maybe change our perspective of seeing these situations. These moments are the opportunities that life offers us. We should become aware of and recognize them. If we are truthful, this will not change as long we live.
Each life is so precious and unique. Our responsibility is to have the courage, willingness, and trust to accept that life is like a river, in constant flow, and it is never the same as it was for the minute, day, or year. Our task is to find our inner flow, our life energy flow. Reiki is a gentle but profound approach to our innermost life force energy.
